    Love the Bronco I bought here and the trade-in $$ they offered for my previous car! Once you get your car in the shop they are quick and efficient when it comes to an oil change or other basic maintenance. It just takes awhile to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment and the online booking never seems to work.

    My appointment was for The Works package. Almost paid for the additives for mileage over 160,000 and glad I didn't. To have the tires rotated 8 of the lug nuts were replaced, adding $160.+ for labor & parts. Adding the shop charges I had a final bill of $190 more than expected. Otherwise, my experience was fine.

It was another day before the work could be done because a part was needed. I am happy with the result but was without my car for a long period.

    Very smooth, professional experience. Too bad I did not hear that my car was ready. I would have been out a lot sooner. Crank up the volume on PA a little :-) The dealership is great, but Ford has very questionable recall practices. They don't let the dealer order recall parts until the dealer confirms the recall item fails. So now I get to go back again after the parts show up. This is galactically dumb and very poor customer service. On a subsequent visit, the dealership was supposed to install the wiper recall since the parts had arrived. They did not. They applied a different recall and completely forgot/screwed up/? and did not install the wiper motor recall. So now I get to go back again. Unbelievable! Updated 2/27/23: My most recent experience was far superior to previous service visits. My service representative even told me how to save money on my service. Thanks!

    A couple of weeks ago we bought a F-150 truck from Tyler. He was the best salesman we have ever had at a dealership. We wanted to test drive a few models. He was incredibly patient and genuinely listened to our needs. We weren't ready to purchase on our first visit and we appreciated how he didn't try to sell us on anything that day. He let us leave the lot without any pressure. We returned a few days later and Tyler helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted, which he transferred in from another location with ease. Before and after our purchase we had a few questions and he was always available via text. If you're in the market for a Ford, I highly recommend asking for Tyler at Kirkwood.

    Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer. Tyler was my salesperson. Stated there was a recall on the camera (knew that because there was one on my other Explorer) and he advised that the part has already been ordered. Once it arrived, they called to set up my service appt. Advised me that they will pick up and deliver my car. Super happy with the all-around service, during and AFTER the sale. I had a bad experience with another dealership (Dave Sinclair) that forgot I existed after I took the car off the lot. This is my 3rd car from a Suntrup dealership. Pretty sure I’m a lifelong customer from here on out.

    Came in to get TPMs looked at, turned out they were fine and got four new tires, left and halfway home we noticed the passenger side rear was flat. Called Kaitlyn and immediately she told me to come back, we did they got us in and up and out. They were very professional and this is not lost on me, they made it right and that means a lot in a world today where everyone is concerned about money and doesn’t value customer service. The gentleman that sits next to Kaitlyn was also very helpful. John, the guy that worked on my car, took the time out to explain to me what was going on and why the tire was flat. That meant a lot to me. Suntrup will continue to be who I go to for both of my vehicle’s needs.

    Excellent service and staff. I'd been frustrated by two other Ford dealers that were constantly booked for service two months ahead. I spoke with Madison who made an appointment 6 days later. When I arrived, Rachel jumped into action pulling the truck in and writing my service ticket up, said it be an hour so I waited. The waiting area was very nice and I had a great cup of coffee. It only took 50 minutes. I'll definitely be back, you are less than 2 miles from my office. Thanks Madison, Rachel and Suntrup Ford West!

    First !! I don’t like buying cars it’s complicated a game expensive and necessary!! I have been looking to trade for awhile but then got Serious. I googled top most efficient SUV’s and Kelly Blue Book brought those up…… But for some reason the Envista picture popped up and I thought WOW!!!!! My schedule is CRAZY but I had sometime and stopped at Suntrup. When I walked in knowing NOTHING Fred Butler came walking up to me and said how can I help you? The rest is History- I bought the 1st one to be sold from that Dealership. It’s a great car I’m very happy and Fred has been absolutely wonderful making the whole process easy, fun, exciting and possible!! Bob in finance was awesome and I’m completely Happy and will refer anyone!!

However last time I took it in, it was working then it stop working when they took my door off for a recall.     I had a wonderful experience with this location. I dropped my car off the evening before the morning of my appointment, which was a quick and easy process. The next day, they called me pretty early in the work day to tell me what was wrong with my car and to give me a quote. The guy I spoke with most, Michael I believe, was honest and helpful and very nice. After they took care of me, they sent their valet service to drop my car off at my house because I was going to be at work until after they closed. My service appointment for for a 30,000 mile maintenance check plus fixing a faulty tire pressure monitor and a faulty battery. I was checked in just a few minutes after 7AM and was allowed to wait in their spacious and well lit lobby where I could plug in my laptop and get some work done while I was there. I was given a quote from another body shop and they scheduled me 3 months out for repairs and they also wanted me to put a down payment on the parts before they work on my car. Thank goodness Suntrup Ford do not have customers to put money down before working on their cars. The staff was very nice and happy to see me compared to the staff at the other shop. They did a beautiful job on my Volkswagen and to put the icing on top, they washed and cleaned the inside of my car for FREE. I know who I trust to fix my vehicle if I ever need it repaired again. Dave was very nice as the new car manager. I went to this dealer after going to two others and was given the best price for a similar vehicle. September 14th, 2021 I went in for an oil change and a basic checkup. They do a very thorough job and Tiffany was there to say hello as always. If you're not happy with their work they'll get it right if it's not the first time maybe the second time but they'll always get it right. And don't forget they still have their free coffee but it would be nice if they had cookies are donuts to go with it. Jeff Tiffany is still there waiting to wait on you and look for a car but at this time there aren't very many new cars to choose from. Service department was outstanding as always. But, they still do not have cookies or donuts to go along with the free coffee.

    Kyle Snyder did a great job. My son bought a used truck from Suntrup. The vehicle had not been through the service department when we viewed it. After the sale, they ran it through service, put on new brake pads, when not completely worn, changed all the filters, rotated and balanced tires and more. The real big kudo was when they had to put a new brake light assembly. Kyle found they ordered one, but then it would not match the other existing one because of a modification. He had them order two, so they would match. It's those little things that make you feel good. Good job, Kyle.

    Start to finish my buying experience from Kirkwood Suntrup has been outstanding. I did my research ahead of time, so I know I got a fair deal on the price. However, what separates Kirkwood Suntrup from other places I've bought cars from, is the care after the sale. I had a couple of minor issues with the used vehicle I bought, which were taken care of right away. They already had my money, but that didn't matter. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the sale. My Salesman Matt and the Sales Manager Eric are good people who really know how to take care of their customers.
